We developed and managed a digital marketing strategy for Cruden Homes, designed to drive demand across key buyer hotspots in Scotland. The campaign combined Meta ads, Google Display, Performance Max, and Search, supported by A/B testing of calls-to-action and creative imagery to optimise performance. Through refined audience targeting, creative iteration, and channel optimisation, the campaign delivered 1,674,839 impressions and 52,368 clicks, with cost-per-click reduced to £0.17 (down 76% year-on-year). The activity directly resulted in the sale of four plots, generating £1,096,500 in revenue.
